What the Denver Yoga Summit Is ‍

If you found this page because you saw Brittany on TV Friday morning and you are not sure what the Summit is, here is the short version.

The Denver Yoga Summit is a three-day gathering at Denver Botanic Gardens at Chatfield Farms, a 700-acre native plant refuge and working farm in Littleton. It runs September 11 through 13, 2026, and includes more than 90 classes, workshops, talks, and community sessions across movement, philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and sound. Eight event spaces run at the same time, so a beginner can choose a chair yoga class while an advanced practitioner takes a power vinyasa flow one field over.

The Summit exists because most people experience yoga as a fitness class and never find out it is a complete way of living. It also exists because too many people walk into a yoga space and feel like they do not belong there, because of how they look, how flexible they are, or how long they have been practicing. The Summit was built to close both of those gaps. You can read the full story behind why the Summit exists in our origin story post.

Five percent of proceeds go to local nonprofits, including organizations serving veterans, people in trauma recovery, and low-cost mental health care. That commitment to seva runs through everything the Summit does, on stage and behind the scenes.

Why We Do This

Everyone deserves to feel like they belong in yoga. Yoga belongs in every part of life, on and off the mat. That is the reason the Summit exists, and it is the same reason we get on live TV at 7am and talk about tree pose in the wrong shoes. Every camera, every article, every conversation is one more way to reach someone who has not walked into a yoga space yet because they were not sure they would belong there.
