Our Summit Support Team positions are not traditional volunteer roles—they are active, mutual partnerships designed for dedicated individuals who want to contribute to the event’s success and fully immerse themselves in the weekend.

The Exchange: What You Give & Get

  • Commitment: 8 hours of service over the Summit weekend (e.g., in operations, check-in, or logistics).

  • Attendance at two required pre-summit team meetings
      – August 20, 6–8 PM
      – September 3, 6–8 PM

  • Return Value: When you are not working, you have full access to attend workshops, classes, and activations.

  • Impact: You are a key part of making this summit possible.

What We Ask
We honor everyone’s contribution by being clear, organized, and mutually accountable.

  • Accountability: You are asked to show up on time for your scheduled shifts.
