Note: We intentionally limit the number of vendors to protect the experience and ensure strong ROI.

Vendor Provides:

  • Tables

  • Tents/canopies (white preferred if possible for event aesthetics)

  • Tent weights of at least 25–40 lbs per leg (required—Chatfield is windy)

  • All display materials

  • Weather protection (rain covers, sidewalls, etc.)
